About us...

As a self-confessed curry 'addict,' Colin began his journey by spending a year cooking with, and being expertly trained by, a very talented, award winning Indian chef. He then spent the next two years perfecting and refining his recipes, putting his own unique slant on the dishes he created, whilst still maintaining their authenticity. The Crackin Curry Hut in Whitstable Harbour Village was our first step to show-casing these wonderful dishes and gaining public opinion. The feedback was 'over-whelming!' Pretty soon, we were in real demand with other fellow curry addicts. It was because of this, that we decided to leave the hut and take our curries out to a wider audience. We have gone from strength to strength, now supplying local high quality delis interested in local producers like us, and hosting our very successful 'pop-up' curry nights.

We have loved every minute of our spicy journey, and are looking forward to future curry success!
